We will no longer continue to provide our legacy large professional email accounts. These were customer email services with large storage allowances. The product has not been available for purchase for many years. Due to the small number of remaining users on the platform, we are no longer able to continue operating these services. All customers will be notified and offered advice on migrating to alternative services. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Can I use another ColoniesOnline email service?
You can migrate to our web hosting services, which include email accounts. However, please speak to us first, as many users of the current service exceed the limits of our web hosting email allowances.
If we can't use the web hosting accounts, what do we do?
If your domain is registered with us, you can keep it with us and continue managing your domain settings. You can use third-party email services such as Office 365 or Zoho Mail. Many of these providers offer migration tools that guide you through updating your domain records (whether hosted with us or not) and migrating your emails and folders.
Can you help us migrate to another service?
Unfortunately not. Unless we are migrating you to our web hosting email platform, you will need to speak to the new provider directly for support with migration.
Are you planning a new email service?
The email service market is highly competitive, and we are unable to offer comparable features or pricing to services like Office 365. We considered alternative offerings before retiring the legacy platform but concluded that there are already excellent, affordable services available, and the market is too saturated.
How long before the platform is shut down?
We will contact each customer individually with more details. However, we are planning to shut down the platform approximately two months after the end of July.
